Received Call from 8048297287, The Patterson Group. i kept telling him this was not Larry Franklins #.
These people keep calling and then hanging up..About a week ago, i called the number back and they asked me for a Larry Franklin..I told them no one is here by that name and to stop calling me. a week later they are calling again. Again I called back, and the operator claims to switch to a supervisor.
The supervisor was nasty and i kept telling him this was not Larry Franklin's number and he was like, we will keep calling the number he gave. i said, well he is not here. I hung up and called again...supposedly another supervisor answers and claims she would remove the number.
i dont know who these people are but they are annoying...and i want to report them.

Do note! Scammers who make telemarketing calls do not check with DNC of any country, before the calls go through. Only legit telemarketers respect DNC database. Hence, registering with National DNC Registries is of no help, when it comes to illegal operators. However, widespread reporting of rogue phone numbers may force DNCs to ask law enforcement agencies to investigate.
If you are registered with the US National Do Not Call Registry, report Telemarketing calls to 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322)
Register with NDNC: www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
You can sue the telemarketer in state court (usually small claims is recommended) to stop such calls and/or to recover a penalty.
The penalty is actual monetary loss or up to $500, whichever is greater, for each call received after you requested to be placed on the do not call list.
If the court finds that the marketer willfully or knowingly broke the law, the penalty is up to three times the actual monetary loss or up to $1,500, whichever is greater. If the telemarketer did not send a copy of its company-specific do not call policy, you can claim additional damages.
The penalty for violations with respect to automatic dialing systems, prerecorded messages and facsimile machines, is $500 or actual damages, whichever is greater. The penalty for willful or knowing violations is $1,500 or three times the actual damages.
